No DACA, No Peace - TC & Edwin Blas
1 oz Gustoso charanda
1 oz reposado tequila
1 oz Vallet Angostura
1 ¼ pineapple
¼ lemon
½ orange cardamom simple (or 1/4 each of cointreau and rich simple syrup)
Combine all ingredients in tin. Short shake to combine. Strain into rocks glass over big cube. Garnish with pineapple frond.
Malafemena
Malafemena - TC
1 1/2 oz london dry gin
1/2 oz chartreuse vert
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
5 cherry tomatoes, fresno chili slice, basil leaf
Muddle cherry tomatoes and fresno chili slice in tin. Add all other ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously to chill and combine. Double strain over fresh ice. Garnish with tomato slice and basil leaf.

2 oz bourbon OR rye OR gin
1 1/2 oz of blackberry shrub
3 oz sparkling water
Build in a Collins glass. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with berries, citrus wheels, or mint. Or all three!
